How we work together

Interim

Full-time senior leadership for a defined period — covering a vacancy, leading a programme, or steadying a function through change. Typically three to twelve months.

Fractional

A standing senior presence at a fraction of a full-time role — a day or two a week — giving smaller organisations board-grade technology leadership they could not otherwise justify.

Advisory
